CINQO delivers a mixed-use headquarters development in Riffa comprising three buildings with a total built-up area of approximately 9,000 m².
CINQO Contracting W.L.L. successfully delivered the proposed headquarters for M/s Yousif Abdul Rahman Engineer Holding Co. W.L.L and the National Transport head office in Riffa.
The development comprised the construction of three commercial and residential buildings, a new electrical substation, and all associated external works, with a total built-up area of approximately 9,000 m². The project was successfully completed in 2022, demonstrating CINQO's capability in delivering high-quality mixed-use developments.
