CINQO completes The Outlet Mall in Dumistan, a fast-track project with over 50 duplex retail shops, now a top footfall retail destination.
In 2023, we successfully completed The Outlet Mall, Dumistan, under a fast-track program and handed it over to Century 21 for leasing and operation.
The development comprises more than 50 duplex retail shops, restaurants, commercial spaces, supermarkets, drive-through retail units, five two-storey retail buildings, a substation, boundary wall, and associated external works.
Now open to the public, the mall has become one of the highest footfall retail destinations in the Dumistan area, reflecting the dedication, quality, and commitment of the entire CINQO Contracting team.
