CINQO delivers Bahrain's first LEED Gold-certified commercial headquarters for National Bank of Kuwait in Seef.
In a joint venture with IMAR, CINQO is proud to be delivering the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) Headquarters in Seef, Bahrain's first LEED Gold-certified state-of-the-art commercial headquarters.
Located in the heart of Seef, this iconic multi-storey development incorporates cutting-edge construction technology, premium architectural finishes, and high-performance building systems. Many of the specialised materials and finishes are being sourced internationally to achieve the highest standards of quality, durability, and sustainability.
Construction has progressed steadily, with major milestones including the completion of key substructure and structural works such as ground beam blinding, waterproofing, lift pits, shear walls, and the fire and irrigation water tanks.
The project is being executed in full compliance with LEED Gold construction requirements, including stringent environmental controls, waste management, erosion and sediment control, housekeeping, and indoor air quality (IAQ) management. Once completed, the NBK Headquarters will set a new benchmark for sustainable, high-performance commercial buildings in Bahrain, further demonstrating CINQO's commitment to innovation, quality, and engineering excellence.
